Pearson Financial Planning offers financial planning services on a project basis as well as an hourly basis.
We begin by focusing on the clients' goals and milestones and create a financial plan that allows the client to focus on fulfilling their specific needs, wants, and wishes.
When you work with a certified financial planner, you will have access to a customized client portal which allows the advisor and client to work collaboratively by reviewing and modifying plans simultaneously.
Here at Pearson Financial Planning we customize each engagement to the client's unique financial situation. No matter how we structure the engagement, a proposal will be provided to the prospective client beforehand to understand what the estimated cost will be.
The following is a list of financial planning topics that can be covered in our packages: (including but not limited to)
- Savings to Meet Goals
- Retirement Projections
- Portfolio Analysis
- Investment Allocation
- Social Security Analysis
- Long Term Care Options
- Education Savings
- Cash Flow Management
- Estate Plan Review
- Insurance Review
- Home Purchase
- Retirement Contributions
- Tax Planning
- Debt Pay-Down
- Benefit Maximization
- Pension Annuity vs. Lump Sum
Project-Based Financial Plan
Our financial planning package fees are based on the customized services that will be provided for every client. The term of the contract is one year. After the year is complete, many clients choose to retain us on an hourly basis. Clients who select this option can expect a series of structured meetings throughout the year, as well as ongoing access to Diane.
Implementation rests on the shoulders of the client, and we recommend re-engaging with Pearson Financial Planning at least every year in order to update and monitor progress.
The initial cost proposal will be based on the total scope of the financial plan. A typical financial plan costs between $2,000-$4,000.
For ongoing services, we charge an hourly fee of $250.
Please refer to Who We Serve for more information on what areas a financial plan could cover, as well as a few specific areas of expertise for Pearson Financial.
